Exploring the concept of contrasts and using them as tools to create multidimensional, appealing and unforgettable characters and relationships with complexity and depth. The world is filled with contrasts. Our behaviour, our emotions, our communication includes all types of them.
In this workshop we will work on different types of contrasts, from the subtle nuances of emotion to the boldness of opposite perspectives and help enrich our character’s toolbox.
This workshop can be taken as a companion workshop in combination with ‘Embrace your Dark Side‘.

Billy Kissa
Billy Kissa is an actress from Greece won over by Improv Theater, based in Brussels, Belgium. At a very early age she realised two things about herself. She wants to have a lot of pets and the only job that can make her happy is acting. She can proudly say that she managed to do both!
After graduating “Theater of Arts, Karolos Koun”, she crossed paths with improv and since then she’s been travelling the world, teaching, being taught and performing. She’s part of the European Network for improvisers “The SIN” and director of the All Female Cast Show “Huntress and Healer”. Challenging herself is one of her strongest qualities, with the last challenge being her very recent dive into the terrifying world of stand up comedy.
