Curious about improv?

Whether you’re looking for a new hobby, a creative outlet, a chance to meet new people, or simply a weekly opportunity to play and laugh, this course is for you.

Through games, exercises, and scene work, you’ll discover the foundations of improv theatre while developing spontaneity, creativity, listening skills, and confidence on stage. Together we’ll create stories, characters, relationships, and worlds – all without a script.

Improv is a chance to step outside your everyday routine, trust your ideas, and embrace the unexpected. It’s also a wonderful way to connect with others and become part of a playful, supportive community.

You don’t need to be funny, outgoing, or quick-thinking. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to join in.

The course is taught in English, but you don’t need to be fluent. Many participants speak English as a second language, and theatre has a way of bringing people together beyond words.

No improv experience needed – whether this is your first time on stage or you’ve done some theatre before, this course is for you.

There will be no class on 12 October. The (optional) showcase is planned on 7 December.
