Improvisation & Self-expression
In this movement class especially for improvisers and non-dancers, you will explore your body’s natural way of moving and build confidence through dance. You don’t need any experience! The focus is on freedom, expression, and self-discovery. Everything improv theatre is known for, but then… In movement.
In a group full of fellow improvisers, Jason will teach you basic tools from modern contemporary, jazz, house dance, hip-hop, and more. You will learn how to move in a way that feels healing and true to you.
Discover your own style and leave feeling stronger, freer, and more connected.
This course is in collaboration with our partner Beatzone (dance and singing school).
The subscription to this course is for 8 weeks, and is included as part of the Explorer, Adventurer and Trail Blazer memberships.
