Working on visual or silent—speechless—improvised theatre is a sum of a lot of different skills and practices. But what makes a silent show go from good to great? Really good object work!
In this course, we will go deeper into how space object works: for ourselves, for our partners and for the audience. We will explore miming techniques, how they apply to improvised theatre and what is unique in our field, and how can we continue both working on this craft and own it to develop a personal visual identity. The skills will be applied on stage in a narrative longform and a montage.
Get ready to dive in depth into the physicality and fun of creating entire worlds without words!
This class is the continuation of the courses “Silent and Visual Improv” and “Silent Improv – Longform” and can be attended by advanced players.
